Vice President, International Membership & Expansions, ASTA

Bob is ASTA's Vice President of Business Development, where his primary duties include working with and recruiting industry supplier members, as well as organizing ASTA's meetings, conference & events.

Bob also performs similar duties for ASTA's sister association, NACTA, the National Association of Career Travel Agents. Bob has most recently served as Vice President of Sales & Industry Relations for NACTA and was the founder of the NACTA South Florida Chapter. In addition, Bob has been a credentialed travel agent for over 10 years and has previously worked for American Airlines, DIRECTV Latin America and Club Vacations USA.

A Pennsylvania native, Duglin has attended both Temple University & Penn State.Bob is ASTA’s Vice President, International Membership & Expansion. His primary duties include working with ASTA’s International & Domestic Chapter system, as well as maintaining ASTA’s International Relationships and overseeing the ASTA Destination Expo & ASTA International Showcase program. Bob also serves as Vice President of ASTA’s Small Business Network (formerly NACTA).

Bob has been a successful travel advisor and has been involved in the travel industry for over 25 years, formerly owned a brick-and-mortar agency, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Bob was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. Bob also was the founder and former director of the South Florida Chapter.



Anna Innis

National Manager & Sales USA, Air Canada

Anna received her B.A. in Communications from Indiana University in 1992 with a minor study in Portuguese.



She began her professional career with General Motors, where she worked in Public Affairs. In 1995, Anna joined Air Canada in Reservations. She later became Manager of the US Call Centre and has since held positions in various departments through North America; such as, Tampa, Montreal, San Francisco and Los Angeles. She now oversees a National Sales Team for Air Canada responsible for Asia Business Development, Community Engagement, and developing relationships and products for the Travel Management Community supporting the Global Growth of the company.



Anna is an Advisory Board Member of MAPLE, a Canada - USA Business Council promoting cross border trade. She also served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of CAST LA, Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Human Trafficking, for 2 years.



This year she is humbled and proud to join the Board of Directors of Autism Speaks for her son, who is 13 years old, and for all those that don’t have a champion. Each person is unique with valued abilities and no one human should be marginalized. She joins Autism Speaks with energy and hope of shaping a future that integrates people with Autisms into the workplace and community that is both productive and fulfilling.


Anna is first generation Greek American and has lived in Canada and Brazil. She now calls Southern California Home.





Zane Kerby

President & CEO, American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA)

As ASTA’s president and chief executive officer Zane Kerby reports directly to the board of directors on all internal and external ASTA business and is the primary spokesperson for ASTA. Kerby moved to ASTA from a successful career with the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA).

Beginning in 2009 he held the position of senior vice president with responsibility for all aspects of GBTA’s global annual convention. Previously he was Deputy Executive Director, Vice President of business development and held a series of other posts of progressively greater responsibility beginning in August, 1999.

Kerby earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. He and his wife have five children and he currently is an assistant coach of a U12 basketball team. Cycling, swimming and reading are just a few of his favorite activities.
